Call for Exhibits

If you wish to learn more about the benefits and guidelines to becoming a sponsor or exhibitor for the 2016 conference, download and read the "Call For Exhibitors."  This document includes:

  • Date, Time and Location information

  • Fee information

  • Due dates for deposits and balances

  • Sponsorship opportunities

  • Marketing and promotional opportunities

  • Exhibit hall layout

Submit this form with full, non-refundable payment in order to reserve your advertising space, conference packet inserts, and pre/post eBlasts.  Keep a copy for your records.

 

Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete and submit this contract with 70% deposit payment to the ISNR Meeting Planner. Only contracts submitted with 70% payment will be considered for acceptance. You will receive written notification from ISNR of acceptance. 

Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. ISNR makes no guarantees as to the attendance or the popularity of these workshops. Please complete and return to ISNR with nonrefundable full payment no later than 5/16/16. Only companies that have contracted for booth space will be accepted. 

 

2015 Sponsors and Exhibitors have first right-of-refusal.  Submit this form with 50% payment.  Applications submitted with 50% payment will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.  Sponsors agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions on page 2 of the Call for Exhibitiors.
