Registration Substitution and Cancellation Policy:

Substitutions are strongly encouraged. There is no fee for making a substitution. Cancellation fees: 100% refund through July 14, 2017; 50% refund through August 15, 2017; NO Refund after August 15, 2017. Refunds will paid by ISNR via company check even if you paid by credit card. Refunds will be processed and mailed within 21 daysof receipt of your refund request. If you need to request a substitution or cancellation, please email Tina Watkins, Conference Director, at TinaW@CompassMeetingPlanning.com.
