The 26th Annual ISNR Conference will be held in Glendale, AZ at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa. The pre-conference workshops will be held on October 15 - October 17, and the conference itself will be held on October 18 - October 21, 2018.

CE and CME Continuing Education Credits

If you are looking to obtain CE or CME Continuing Education Credits from this conference, you can purchase them through the online registration process (credit purchase is not required to receive BCIA credit). Final count of hours available to earn will be posted when the agenda is finalized.

International Attendees

International attendees that come from Tier II, Tier III, or Tier IV countries have the ability to attend this conference at a discounted rate. If you are not interested in joining ISNR as a student member, but would still like to attend the conference as a student attendee, you can register as a Student Non-Member. You will be required to provide proof of student status during conference check-in.

Pre-Conference Workshops: October 15 - October 17

Full-Conference Registrants have the opportunity to attend Pre-Conference Workshops offered from October 15 - October 17. Pre-Conference Workshop rates will be dependent upon your Membership or Non-Membership classification.

●    AAPB Member: $225 USD per workshop

●    Non-Member: $250 USD per workshop

●    Student - ISNR Member: $55 USD per workshop

●    Student - Non-Member: $75 USD per workshop

ISNR Member and Student Member Rates

Unlimited Workshops Package: New for 2018! If you know that you will attend more than two (2) Conference Workshops in total at this year's conference, the Unlimited Workshops Package would be best for you, as only ISNR Member AND Student ISNR Members are eligible. With the Unlimited Package, you can attend as many Conference Workshops as you like during the main conference (Thursday-Saturday) without having to sign up for them ahead of time. Please note that the Unlimited Workshop Package is for Conference Workshops only and does not apply to Pre-Conference Workshops - those are available at the rates outlined above in the Pre-Conference Workshop section.

●    ISNR Member: $299 USD

●    Student: $115 USD

Per Workshop Purchase: If you know that you will only attend 1-2 Conference Workshops this year, you can purchase these workshops individually at a reduced, members-only price. You may register for one (1) Conference Workshop per day.

All other registrants may register for Conference Workshops, offered October 18 - October 20, individually.

Additional Banquet & Awards Dinner Tickets

Each full conference registration includes one (1) ticket to the Banquet & Awards Dinner on Saturday, October 20. If you would like to purchase an additional ticket for a guest who is not attending the conference to attend just the Banquet & Awards Dinner, you may purchase their ticket for $75 USD during registration. 

Conference Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are strongly encouraged. There is no fee for making a substitution. A 100% refund will be processed for cancellations made prior to July 15, 2018. Following this date, a 50% refund will be processed for cancellations made prior to August 20, 2018. There will be NO refunds for cancellations that are made after August 20, 2018. 

Refunds will be paid by ISNR via company check, even if you paid for your registration by credit card. Refunds will be processed and mailed within 21 days of receipt of your refund request. 

ADA Accommodations

ADA accommodations will be made in accordance with the law.  If you require ADA accommodations, please indicate what your needs are at the time of registration.  We cannot ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification.

 

 

2018 CE Credit Information

Satisfactory Completion 

Learners must complete an evaluation form to receive a certificate of completion. You must participate in the entire activity as partial credit is not available.  If you are seeking continuing education credit for a specialty not listed below, it is your responsibility to contact your licensing/certification board to determine course eligibility for your licensing/certification requirement.  

 

Physicians            

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and International Neurofeedback Organization (ISRN).  Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Credit Designation Statement – Amedco LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 56 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

 

Psychologists

This course is co-sponsored by Amedco and International Neurofeedback Organization (ISRN).  Amedco is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.  Amedco maintains responsibility for this program and its content. 56 hours.

Social Workers

Amedco, #1346, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Amedco maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 6/24/2016 to 6/24/2019.  Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.

 

Social workers participating in this course may receive up to 56 clinical continuing education clock hours.
